NEW ORLEANS — The City of New Orleans today announced that as of Nov. 22, funds are available for a community-based, non-profit organization to operate the Low Barrier Homeless Shelter. Organizations interested in applying for 2024 funding are required to submit a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) application to the Office of Housing Policy and Community Development (OCD) at NOFA@nola.gov no later than Friday, Dec. 8 by 3 p.m. The maximum award for the project under this NOFA is $3
