This was recently followed by EFFECT CO. joining the New Orleans & Company ecosystem. Mariel’s ability to explain the most granular topics from her field is matched only by a relentless work ethic. Along with a background in international business management and corporate compliance, she has forged a reputation for helping others in their greatest time of need.

Mariel emerges from disaster response and catastrophe management sectors with immense experience and prioritizing “win-win” resolutions. Her upstart technology enterprise, EFFECT CO., was founded in and operates out of Louisiana.
