Nim Yoga, a studio dedicated to the Kaiut Yoga Method, has opened at 3501 Tchoupitoulas Street in the Irish Channel.

Founded by longtime New Orleans resident Carla Nimrichter, the studio offers a practice focused on restoring mobility at the level of the joints and supporting long-term movement health.

Nimrichter has taught Kaiut Yoga at the New Orleans Jewish Community Center (JCC) for several years, where her classes have remained consistently on waitlists.

Nim Yoga is currently the only studio in Louisiana dedicated exclusively to the Kaiut Yoga Method. Classes are taught by Nimrichter and fellow Kaiut Yoga teacher Elizabeth Bofinger.

The studio also hosts a monthly community series titled Kaiut Yoga for the Bodies that Shape New Orleans.
