Dementia Through Their Eyes, on
Thursday, April 16, 2026, at its
Magazine Street Branch, located at
3200 Magazine Street, New Orleans. The event is designed to help attendees better understand dementia by seeing the world from the perspective of those living with the condition.
The program will feature
Kasey Bealer, MA, Director of Certified Community Mentors with
Positive Approach to Care, who will lead an engaging and informative presentation grounded in empathy, awareness, and practical understanding. Bealer is known for helping families, caregivers, and professionals improve interactions and quality of life for individuals affected by dementia.
The evening will begin with
networking at 5:30 p.m., followed by the
presentation at 6:00 p.m. Complimentary food will be provided for attendees.
