GlobeNet joins General Informatics

General Informatics, a leader in managed IT services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of GlobeNet. Based in New Orleans, GlobeNet is a full-service technology provider that specializes in delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions.

This strategic acquisition strengthens General Informatics’ position as a leader in IT and cybersecurity services, particularly in sectors such as maritime and healthcare, two of GlobeNet’s key areas of focus.

By integrating GlobeNet's experienced and knowledgeable skilled staff with their existing team, General Informatics will further enhance its ability to support clients with industry-leading solutions. As part of the acquisition, the CEO and Founder of GlobeNet, Kevin Gray, will join General Informatics as Executive Vice President of Security Services.
