T.H.E. Gym is a new coach-led functional fitness gym in the Riverbend neighborhood. Join us for a first look at T.H.E. Gym, ahead of our official launch under new local ownership on September 14! 9:00 AM — Open Workout: Drop in and train with our coaching staff. Open to all, no experience necessary. 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM — Open House: Tour the gym, meet the team, grab some refreshments, and learn about founding membership before spots run out. Founding members get special first-year pricing, a hand in shaping the gym's culture and programming from day one, and recognition as part of the crew that helped launch it. Come work out, look around, or just say hi. All are welcome.
