The Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB) is dedicated to the discovery, understanding, and celebration of food, drink, and its related culture and folklife in America. At its Central City home, SoFAB displays over 11,000 cultural artifacts from fifteen Southern states. SoFAB believes that food is an often forgotten, but an incredibly telling, part of society and can serve as a historical relic as effectively as any piece of art or artifact. Of course, food cannot be preserved for observation, but the museum provides visitors behind-the-scenes access to the history and production of the foods, companies and restaurants that defined and still define daily life in America.

The Southern Food & Beverage Museum provides a fun, immersive, and unique venue for all types of social and corporate events. The Museum allows your guests to experience Southern Food first hand while mingling through the museum. We welcome all from far and near to come by and experience the magic of The Southern Food and Beverage Museum!
