    Tom Daly, Benefit Administration Group
    Tom created Benefit Administration Group in 2001 in response to the complexities of the ever-changing benefits and human resources landscape. With over 23 years of experience in the field, Tom eats, sleeps and breathes employee benefits and never stops seeking innovative solutions and opportunities for progress.



    Maggie Matlak, Harrah's New Orleans & Caesars Entertainment
    Maggie started her career in the non-profit world through AmeriCorps to leverage her passion for people and community. From there, she joined Harrah's New Orleans & Caesars Entertainment in 2012 where she started her career in Human Resources. Maggie has worn many hats at Harrah's - including engagement, training, employee and labor relations, culture, recruiting and retention. Currently, she works as an Assistant Manager of Performance, Culture and Engagement and is pursuing her Masters in Human Resources from Louisiana State University.

      


    Chelsea Perret, Ochsner Health System
    Chelsea started her career in human resources as a recruiter in 2012. She joined Ochsner Health System in 2015 and has held numerous titles including Talent Acquisition Specials & Human Resouces Advisor. Throughout her career, she has focused on identifying creative ways to attract talent and most recently began working on retention initiatives.
