Turning Tables, a New Orleans hospitality workforce development nonprofit he established in 2019. Through mentorship, training, and strategic community partnerships, Turning Tables has achieved a 100% job placement rate for over 80 alumni now working at venues including Jewel of the South, Fritai, Compère Lapin and Bacchanal.
