Born in New Orleans and based in Covington since 1989, Richelle Mecom brings a lifetime of Louisiana roots and over two decades of hands-on construction industry experience to Reeves Construction Group. As a Project Coordinator and Office Manager, Richelle keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes — juggling the details, deadlines, and day-to-day operations that keep the whole team organized and moving forward.

A proud LSU graduate, Richelle has spent more than 20 years honing her expertise in the construction industry, and that experience shows in the steady, organized support she brings to every project and every person on the RCG team.

Outside the office, Richelle loves to travel, catch live music, and spend time outdoors. She’s also a die-hard LSU and Saints fan, cheering on both with the same energy and loyalty she brings to work every day. Richelle does her best to keep us all organized — and RCG runs better because of it.

Eric Reeves, founder of Reeves Construction Group, brings a wealth of experience to the New Orleans construction scene. A Charleston, SC native, Eric graduated from Clemson University in 2003 with a degree in Construction Science and Management, later earning an MBA from The Citadel in 2010 while working for a DC-based General Contractor.

After relocating to New Orleans, Eric spent seven years managing large commercial projects before founding Reeves Construction Group in 2020. His diverse experience in multifamily and commercial construction, and business acumen, form the foundation of the company's success.

Outside of work, Eric resides in Lake Vista with his wife Amanda and their three children. He stays involved in activities at Sacred Heart and St. Pius X, and enjoys time with family, his kids' sports, and the coastal lifestyle.

William Salzer brings a rich background in architecture and construction to Reeves Construction Group. Born in Baton Rouge and raised near LSU's campus, William's passion for building was ignited early. After earning his architecture degree from LSU in 2011, he made New Orleans his home, immersing himself in the city's unique architectural landscape.

Before joining RCG in 2022, William honed his skills at a prominent New Orleans construction firm, managing over $340 million in public and private sector projects. This fostered his understanding of building systems and collaborative project delivery. At RCG, he oversees all aspects of construction, from client relations and subcontractor management to scheduling, financial tracking, and quality control. Outside of work, William enjoys cooking for his wife and sons, listening to music, and tying fly patterns for fishing.
