From Convict to Corporate Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to creating pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, economic mobility, and long-term stability for individuals seeking a second chance. Through workforce development, job readiness, entrepreneurship education, financial literacy, mentorship, and whole-person restoration, we help participants develop the skills, confidence, resources, and professional connections needed to build sustainable futures.

Our programs connect participants with education, business development, career preparation, community resources, employers, mentors, and strategic partners. We also collaborate with businesses, financial institutions, workforce organizations, community leaders, sponsors, and other nonprofits to expand opportunities for individuals and families.

From Convict to Corporate believes that successful reentry should extend beyond obtaining a job. Our work is designed to create pathways toward career advancement, business ownership, financial stability, and meaningful community participation.
