About Us

From a single hotline 35 years ago, NO/AIDS Task Force grew into more than 30 programs that reduce the spread of HIV infection. In 2014, the agency became a Federally Qualified Health Center and opened its doors with an expanded mission of bringing primary healthcare to ALL in the community. Today CrescentCare has primary health services,women's and pediatric care, behavioral health, oral health, sexual health, legal services and more.
