Nene Glenn Gianfala, CPA/ABV, ASA-BV/IA, is a Senior Vice President in Chaffe’s Valuation Advisory Group with more than 17 years of experience in business valuation, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
Ms. Gianfala specializes in the valuation of intellectual property and intangible assets, including trademarks, software, proprietary technology, customer relationships, and other IP for ASC 805 purchase price allocations, ASC 350 impairment testing, portfolio valuation, internal intangible asset management, and litigation support. She regularly works with audit teams, attorneys, corporate executives, and investors to deliver valuations that meet U.S. GAAP and fair value measurement standards.
