ADEETA specializes in the placement of prescreened, qualified, high end talent. We most often enjoy placing talent with strong Administrative, Accounting, HR, Marketing or Project related skills. We handle Temp, Temp to Hire and Direct Hire positions, ranging from support staff to professional level. We work with a wide variety of industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, education, non-profits, hospitality, engineering and many other small to mid sized businesses. We focus on employers in the greater New Orleans region spanning from Baton Rouge to Gulfport.

Ms. Ellshaa Rogers Dirmann

Ellshaa Rogers is a native of New Orleans. She moved to Dallas where she served a legal reproduction company for 10 years. She decided to return to New Orleans in June 2005 to be closer to family and joined ADEETA as our office manager, playing a critical role in ADEETA’s successful recovery from Hurricane Katrina. Ellshaa has been promoted and now serves as a Recruiter, but still handles our payroll function. She is a member of NOLA-SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and the American Payroll Association. Ellshaa earned her CSP (certified staffing professional) designation in early 2014.

Mr. Andrew R. Lass

Andrew Lass graduated from Isidore Newman School in New Orleans and went on to attend Millsaps College where he was recruited to play football. After a year he chose to return to New Orleans to pursue a career in the culinary arts and spent 6 years as part of the Dickie Brennan & Co. team. He attended Tulane University School of Continuing Studies and Delgado Community College on a part time basis. He decided to leave the restaurant industry for more balance in his life and joined ADEETA in 2014 as a Recruiter. He now serves as our Vice President and Staffing Manager, and became a partner in the company in 2020. He is a member of NOLA SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and received his CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification in 2017.

Mrs. Lola K Lass

Lola has been in the staffing industry her entire career. In 1989 she opened Brooke Staffing but sold it in 1998. Within months she opened ADEETA Corporate Staffing, which just celebrated its 25th anniversary. She holds both the CTS and CSP staffing designations. She loves volunteering and has served on the Louisiana Staffing Association, the State of Louisiana’s Dept. of Labor Advisory Council for Private Employment Services, Each One Save One, NOLA SHRM, ARMA, GNOEA (Greater New Orleans Executives Assoc) and is currently serving on the Admin/Office Section Policy Council of the American Staffing Association. Lola is also an alum of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program, Cohort 16. Lola also offers consulting services for profile testing, team building, outplacement and career counseling.
