    In order to help make these important tools accessible for as many people as possible, this workshop is available on a sliding scale for all participants. Tickets range from $5 to $25. Please pay what you can; doing so helps others to join this workshop. (For your reference, workshops usually cost $20 per person. Registration covers workshop participation for one person, workshop recording, PDFs of materials, and an electronic Certificate of Participation.) The last 11 months have been mentally, emotionally, and physically challenging for almost everyone. And nonprofit fundraisers have faced a unique set of challenges — cancelled events and concerns about the economy, the heavy responsibility of raising funds when jobs and programs are on the line, making head-spinning decisions with little information available...the list goes on and on. In this special workshop, we'll explore research on how the stress and trauma of daily life — especially in a pandemic, political violence, and heightened attention on systemic racism — affects our brains and our ability to work productively, even when we are doing work that we love. We'll share practical advice for how to care for your mind and body, and ways to think about fundraising for your nonprofit that might relieve some avoidable anxieties. This workshop will be co-facilitated by Yoga and Meditation Instructor Arch Chenevert and Fundraising Coach Nora Ellertsen.
