Culture is established by the head of the organization. Having a vision for the business is not enough. It begins within the ranks of the business. By extension standards are set and leaders should practice a consistent message of how employees treat each other as well as customers.
Please join our dynamic speaker Marvin LeBlanc of Marvelous Performance Systems who will examine:
- Establishing core standards and expectations on how customers should be treated
- What the customers experience should be and how to recover if don't fulfill the customer expectations
- The importance of giving employees authority to solve issues and holding staff accountable for their decisions
