This is the first of our new Wednesday Webinar Series! This series is to provide beneficial information and creative ideas to our business community during this unknown time.
Join the New Orleans Chamber for "Business Disruption - Managing the Panic and Paralysis." We will let us talk about how we can stay active in our community, brainstorm how we can survive, shift routines to the new normal and get ready for coming out of this better able to serve clients.
As we face this pandemic, we are challenged with many things, not the least of which is how we will survive this as small business owners. I think we each need to think about this in several different ways:
1) What are the things we can be doing during this time that will get us and our businesses ready to re-emerge at the end of this harrowing situation?
2) Are there ways we can reimagine our product and service delivery that will help insulate us a bit from different kinds of business interruption?
3) How can we help support others who might be making a decision to do the very same thing as they ride this out?
4) How can we change our routines to reflect our new normal and keep us focused on actions that will keep us moving forward?
In collaboration with Tina Meilleur, Executive Coach & Business Advisor.
