51+ Employees: $10 per employee to a maximum of $3,000
We will invoice you accordingly (example: 55 employees x $10 = $550)

26-50 Employees: $425.00

11-25 Employees: $350.00 

6-10 Employees: $275.00 

1-5 Employees: $180.00 

Affiliate Membership: $100.00 
Affiliate membership fee based on parent company paying initial membership dues. Additional business under the umbrella may join as an affiliate.
