Originally opened in 1907 as the New Hotel Denechaud and renamed the Desoto Hotel in 1913 before becoming Le Pavillon in the 1970s, the hotel has long been woven into the fabric of the city. Its penthouse once housed WDSU, New Orleans’ first radio station, reflecting a legacy of innovation and cultural influence.
Today, this classically elegant historic hotel seamlessly blends French-inspired grandeur with contemporary sophistication.
