JLV Construction is helping New Orleans create, renovate, and reconstruct a beautiful and historic community since 2010. JLV Construction opened its doors as a two-person operation committed to rebuilding New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Having witnessed firsthand the struggle of homeowners trying to rebuild in a challenging climate, José L. Villeda decided to create a company that would focus on high-quality craftsmanship and products, outstanding customer service, and a dedicated team. Since that time, JLV has grown to more than 12 full-time employees, as well as numerous skilled subcontractors, employing more than 125 people in the New Orleans area.
