About Us
A trip to Paris in 1998 inspired owners Juliet Holton and Desiree Petitbon to return and improve the lingerie offerings in their hometown. What began as a small boutique has grown into a regional brand, offering American and European designers in lingerie, shapewear, sleepwear, swimwear and activewear. With a friendly approach and open displays of merchandise, Basics Underneath strives to take the secrecy out of underpinnings, helping women to understand that dressing well begins with pleasing oneself.
