Celebrating the incredible costume designers, wearable artists, and imaginative makers behind the looks that help make New Orleans unlike anywhere else in the world. Expect an evening of wildly creative fashion, featured artist showcases, music by Mr. Dr. Sic, and MC Phedusha, all inside the stunning Foundation Room at House of Blues.
