T.H.E. Gym is a new coach-led functional fitness gym in the Riverbend neighborhood. Join us for a first look at T.H.E. Gym, ahead of our official launch under new local ownership on September 14! 9:00 AM — Open Workout: Drop in and train with our coaching staff. Open to all, no experience necessary. 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM — Open House: Tour the gym, meet the team, grab some refreshments, and learn about founding membership before spots run out. Founding members get special first-year pricing, a hand in shaping the gym's culture and programming from day one, and recognition as part of the crew that helped launch it.
