Description
"Hooping for the Heart" is a weeklong co-ed basketball clinic for boys and girls ages 9–13 that combines fundamental basketball skills with heart health education. Hosted by Heart N Hands, the clinic promotes physical activity, teamwork, and wellness through daily drills, games, and interactive health lessons. The goal is to empower young participants with tools to stay active, build confidence, and make heart-healthy choices that last a lifetime.
