Justice Reform Initiative (JRI). We are hosting a Free Expungement Clinic in partnership with the Clean Slate Initiative and the Criminal Justice Club of Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) on Thursday, November 7, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the SUNO Auditorium, 6400 Press Drive, New Orleans, LA 70126. This event will provide free expungement support and document preparation for justice-impacted individuals across all parishes. We are currently seeking volunteer attorneys to assist participants with expungement paperwork. Attorneys who volunteer will earn 1 CLE hour for every 5 hours of service, including preparation, clinic support, and post-clinic follow-up. JRI is an approved pro bono CLE provider in Louisiana.
