The Eric Skrmetta family and the Knights of Columbus invite the community to join in holiday festivities at the Second Annual Christmas Cookie Bake Off on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Copeland Towers. This event will feature pictures with Santa and his elves, live music, complimentary refreshments, door prizes, and homemade cookies to take home.
