The Residences at LSU Health is now accepting applications for Summer 2024 and Fall 2024/Spring 2025. This new residential community is located in the medical district designed with the Orleans Parish academic medical community in mind. The community offers a variety of unfurnished floor plans, including studio, 1 bed/1 bath, 2 beds/2 baths, and 3 beds/3bath apartments. It is conveniently located at the LSU Health Sciences Center Campus and near the University Medical Center Hospital.

Amenities at The Residences at LSU Health include a washer and dryer in every unit, luxury finishes, study areas, a 24-hour fitness center, pool and courtyard, electronic access, courtesy patrol and controlled access. Pets are allowed, with some breed restrictions.  Parking is available via LSUHSC
