              YouthForce NOLA invites you to be one of 85 employer partners as we embark on our 14th cohort of high school summer internships. Your partnership will help develop the career-ready workforce that our business community needs. 

              As we prepare young people for a future in our regional workforce, the core components of YouthForce Internships (YFI) are soft skills and work-readiness development, career exploration, and financial compensation (paid by YouthForce)  
              Please note, our work-based learning model includes:

              • A 5-week, 90-hour internship (June 26-July 28)
              • Each supervisor hosting 1+ high school interns (in person, preferred)
