Thibodaux Market Lead

We are hiring for a Market Lead for our Thibodaux location! The Market Lead is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the branches assigned to them. Will engage the community in order increase the membership base in that specified market area. Will attend community events to network and build brand awareness and generate business for the credit union. Continuously coach and develop team member of the branches assigned. Will work with team members to achieve their individual goals that are aligned with the overall organization's strategic goals.
