Chef Lisa Frantz will be preparing a four course tasting menu featuring this summer's bounty of locally farmed vegetables and fresh seafood.\n\n\n\nThe menu will be paired with an ap ritif cocktail created by Swoop's Beverage Director plus a selection of three ros  wines brought to us by Neat Wines. Due to limited seating options parties of two or less may be paired with another couple or group.
