DESCRIPTION:It's that time of year again! Time to celebrate the beginning of the school year at our Annual Back to School Fest at Audubon Zoo! The festival is FREE of charge for the first 10\,000 students of NOLA Public Schools and their Families! It will take place on Saturday\, September 14\, 2019. Q93 Radio personality (FM93.3)\, Sheba Songz\, will be hosting with a local DJ to "jam the box!" There will be free health screenings\, a drawing for an Xbox 360\, resource fair\, giveaways and so much more! 1) Please PROMOTE the event to your partners\, community members\, and clientele. 2) Please VOLUNTEER your organization to participate in our resource fair by setting up a table and providing information to the public regarding your services. 3) We are seeking businesses/organizations to SPONSOR meal tickets for families attending the event. If interested\, please email spichon@nolapublicschools.com with your organization name\, contact information\, any giveaways you will be providing\, and/or the services you will provide by FRIDAY\, AUGUST 23RD.
