Thursday\, October 8\, 2026\n\n? 11:00 AM 3:30 PM CST\n\n?? University Center Ballroom | LSU New Orleans\n\nAs LSU New Orleans embarks on an exciting new chapter\, our Career Services team is proud to host this landmark event one that marks not just a new name\, but a bold new era of academic excellence and opportunity. We are inviting employers who are hiring\, or anticipate hiring within a 3 6 month period from the date of the fair\, for full-time positions\, part-time roles\, and internships.\n\nWHY PARTICIPATE?\n\nThis event is your opportunity to meet\, network\, interview\, and hire students and alumni face-to-face across all majors and class levels. LSU New Orleans students bring with them the grit and creativity of New Orleans alongside the academic rigor and prestige of the LSU system making them some of the most dynamic and career-ready candidates in the region. We anticipate 800+ students and alumni in attendance based on previous career fair turnout.\n\n\n\nBy participating\, your organization won't just fill open roles you'll elevate your brand in front of a diverse\, driven talent pool while establishing your company as a founding partner of this reimagined institution. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something extraordinary.\n\n\n\nCONSIDER A SPONSORSHIP!\n\nWe warmly encourage you to consider one of our sponsorship levels. Sponsors receive premium table placement and enhanced visibility at the fair\, along with other great benefits. Your support is also vital in helping us continue to host these impactful recruiting events and assist students with career-related needs such as professional attire for interviews so they are fully prepared to enter the workforce.\n\n\n\nIMPORTANT REGISTRATION DETAILS:\n\n\n General registrations include lunch for 2 representatives\; we ask that only 2 representatives be present at your table at a time due to space accommodations.\n Sponsor registrations may include additional representatives.\n We are only accepting credit card payments\, submitted via the invoice you'll receive once your registration is approved.\n Registrations will not be retained without immediate payment please confirm promptly.\n We have a strict No Refund policy\, with no exceptions.
