In order to qualify\, applicants must:\n\n\n\n- Own at least 50% of the business and have decision-making authority\n\n- Be in business and making sales for a minimum of 6 months\n\n- Be available to attend and actively participate in at least 5 of the 7 sessions\n\n- Be committed to growing the business\n\n\n\nSession 1: Examining your Business Model Learn how to use the business model to understand your strengths and weaknesses as a company. We will focus on being able to identify and convey your unique value proposition and increase your sales.
