DESCRIPTION:The Corporate Classic 5K race is back in City Park on November 4th! Runners\, walkers\, and strollers are all welcome to participate in this family friendly event. The race begins at 8 a.m at the City Park Practice Track\, 12 Palm Drive\, New Orleans. Immediately following the race\, participants can enjoy complimentary food\, beer and other beverages\, live entertainment and an awards ceremony for the top 5K finishers. Registrants can participate as individuals or on teams of 4 to 6 members. Free child watch for ages 11 and under is available at Kids Korner. Proceeds benefit the YMCA Adult Literacy Program. This free program helps adults with reading\, writing and math\, as well as completing their high school education\, and gaining essential employment and digital literacy skills.
