DESCRIPTION:A small parade will begin at the Algiers Ferry Terminal and wind through the neighborhood. Live music\, food from beloved vendors and plenty of beverages will create an all-day party atmosphere near the ferry terminal. Brass-0-Holics\, Algiers Brass Band and other local bands will perform. The event is free and open to the public and accessible via ferry\, bus\, bike or on foot via a paved levee path from adjoining neighborhoods. Ferry service runs every 30 minutes from Canal Street to Old Algiers. Parking for individual vehicles is limited in the surrounding neighborhood.
