\n \; \; \;Julien Meyer is a French-trained lawyer who came to live in New Orleans in 2005. He joined the City Attorney'\;s office in 2012 as a member of the Contracts Group. In 2018 he became the Chief Procurement Officer and head of the Bureau of Purchasing. Julien directs a team of 14 staff who assist 30+ city departments in purchasing goods and services. \;
