trepwise Team Members Continue to Expand Skills and Reach
New Orleans (June 4, 2018) – trepwise, a local impact consulting firm, is delighted to announce the promotion of three of its team members further establishing the impact the firm and its team are exhibiting through their work.
With his ambitious support in business development, Blake J. Stanfill was named Director of Growth. In this role he guides the firm’s business development and expansion strategy. Blake leverages data to identify and pursue growth opportunities and partnerships for trepwise. Blake has broad experience at the intersection of the public and private sector—boasting a career in economic development, education and financial risk management, as well as entrepreneurial strategy and analysis. Drawing from his varied experience, Blake is dedicated to helping trepwise clients think outside-the-box and craft custom solutions for the problems businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies face.
After three years with the firm, Isaac MacDonald was promoted to Advisor, where he focuses on strategic planning and operational effectiveness for clients. In his tenure at trepwise, Isaac has worked with over sixty organizations, including the Greater New Orleans Foundation, Blue Oak BBQ, ThirtyNorth Investments, and the Orleans Public Defender’s Office. Isaac received his B.A. in Urban Studies at Brown University, where he started the Urban Journal, an annual publication for students and faculty focused on how we can build and sustain the urban environments of the future. Prior to relocating to New Orleans, Isaac worked at a number of environmental non-profits in Washington D.C.
Formerly the Operations Manager, Chris Wimbush was recently sworn in by the Supreme Court of Louisiana to act as in-house counsel for the firm making him the Director of Business Operations & General Counsel. In his role as Director of Business Operations, Chris oversees trepwise’s finance operations, information technology, human resources, administrative services, and continuous improvement functions. As General Counsel, Chris leads trepwise’s legal, ethics, and compliance functions, providing counsel to the Managing Director. Prior to trepwise, Chris spent three years with the U.S. Department of Justice. During that time, he resolved business and employment disputes on behalf of more than one dozen federal agencies and shared in the day-to-day management of a claims settlement program that distributed hundreds of millions of dollars each year.
