Write something... . Details Hello, Friends! Please join Mid-City Rotary for brunch at our annual International Women's Day - New Orleans at Propeller: A Force for Social Innovation. For International Women's Day 2017 we're asking you to #BeBoldForChange to create a more inclusive, gender equal world -- needed now more than ever! Our event will feature three amazing women who will speak to the 2017 theme - Be Bold For Change. Each speaker will share her experience and vision for being a change agent in a 10-15 minute TED Talk-styled presentation. We will also feature local entertainers in addition to prizes and a great brunch catered by local, women-owned businesses -- as well as some brunchy refreshments of course! Stay tuned over the next week as we announce our emcee, speakers and featured entertainment. You do not want to miss this event!!! All proceeds go directly to The Rotary Foundation, celebrating its 100th anniversary, with one area of focus being women and children.
